1. Bidding Instructions: 1. 2. 4. Bidders are required to present corresponding documents when registering. Bidders are required to have a registered capital of more than 500,000 yuan (including 500,000 yuan), and have more than three years of operation and management experience.

5. Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.

6. Each bidder shall bear all costs related to participating in the bidding. Regardless of the final result, our company has no obligation and responsibility to bear these costs under any circumstances.

7. Each bidder must carefully fill in the "Bidder's Statement" and "Bidding Price List" (the content must be true and honest, with clear handwriting and no omissions), and affix the official seal. The price quoted is the price that satisfies all the conditions of the bidding documents.

8. When submitting the bidding documents, the bidder shall also provide a copy of the industrial and commercial business license, a copy of the tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax) and a copy of the motor vehicle maintenance business license within the validity period. Provide a list of skilled workers and quality inspectors and copies of qualification certificates, affixed with the official seal of the bidder.

9. Each bidder shall provide the corresponding quotation according to the scheme requirements in the document.

2. Bidding time, location, bidding method, and bidding opening time

1. Start time for submitting bid documents: December 19, 2022. Deadline for submission of tender documents: 16:00 on December 26, 2022.

2. Bid opening time: December 27, 2022.

3. Place and method of submitting tender documents: Bidding documents can be delivered by express or on-site, subject to the time of receipt of the documents. The original (1 copy) and copy (1 copy) of the bidding documents are packaged into a package; the bidder should ensure that the above documents are airtight and sealed, and stamped with the official seal .

Bidder's conditions and content

1. The bidder must have more than 5 maintenance stations, and the parking lot area should not be less than 300㎡.

2. The distance between the maintenance site and the Nansha Port Comprehensive Bonded Area shall not exceed 5 kilometers.

3. No less than 10 direct production workers, skilled workers of all types of work must receive professional training, and the technical level of each type of work is not lower than elementary. There should be more than one inspector who has received professional training and obtained the "Quality Inspector Certificate" to conduct quality inspection.

Service commitment content

1. The service is conscientious and responsible, warm and thoughtful, repairing at any time, full-time service (working as usual on holidays and weekends).

2. The time for secondary maintenance operations shall not exceed 24 hours (except for materials waiting), and the time for secondary maintenance operations including additional operations shall not exceed 2 days (except for materials waiting).

3. Accidents and special project repairs shall be completed on schedule according to the content of the work.

4. Strictly implement the car maintenance regulations and repair technical standards stipulated by the relevant departments, and ensure the quality of repairs.

5. Establish vehicle maintenance files, improve and implement the inspection system for incoming and outgoing vehicles.

6. It is not allowed to rely on repairs and make up orders after repairs. If there are errors that do not follow the regulations, you should bear the corresponding responsibilities.

7. Auto parts and other materials should maintain quality and quantity, have formal factory certificates, do not use "three noes" products, do not follow the good, replace the old with the new, do not match the quality and price, repair less and report more, and charge arbitrary fees, etc. . Violations of the regulations will be subject to recovery of losses depending on the severity of the circumstances, and the qualification of the designated manufacturer will be cancelled.

8. Auto parts are recycled from old parts, and the repair manufacturer should cooperate, otherwise they will be treated as unreplaced parts.

Five, the principle of winning the bid:

This bidding adopts the principle of optimal selection of suppliers who fully meet the requirements, comprehensively considering the bidding price of working hours (70%) and business (30%).

6. Bidding procedure:

Bidders shall quote an unchangeable quotation once in the quotation document. After the deadline for bidding, our bid evaluation team will determine the winning bidder based on the bid documents received.

7. Contract signing:

After the review, we will issue a bid winning notice to the bid winner and sign a contract with the bid winner.

8. Payment method:

Execute in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract.
