5. Place and method of submitting tender documents:

Bidding documents can be submitted by courier or on-site, subject to the time of receipt of the documents. The original (1 copy) and copy (1 copy) of the bidding documents are packaged into a package; the bidder should ensure that the above documents are airtight and sealed, and stamped with the official seal .

9. Each bidder must carefully fill in the "Bidder's Statement" and "Bidding Price List" (the content must be true and honest, with clear handwriting and no omissions), and affix the official seal. The price quoted is the price that satisfies all the conditions of the bidding documents.

10. Please refer to Appendix 3 for the relevant content and requirements of this procurement service. If bidders need to learn more about the needs and requirements of the tenderee, they are welcome to conduct on-site inspections.

2. Principles of winning the bid:
