Nansha bonded fully automatic cold storage

The Hejie fully automated cold storage project is located in the Nansha Longxue Island Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou. It primarily serves for the freezing and refrigeration of high-end ingredients, acting as a bonded transit warehouse, mainly handling imported meat and seafood by sea.

The cold storage is located on the ground floor of this reinforced concrete frame structure building.

1) Cold storage area: 2,800 square meters.

2) The warehouse is divided into three areas: low-temperature freezing zone, high-temperature refrigeration (sorting and packaging) zone, and passage (inspection) zone.

1. The low-temperature refrigeration area is approximately 1,900 square meters, primarily maintained at -18 to -25 degrees Celsius. Fully automated shelves are installed to maximize cold storage space utilization. All operations are monitored by an automatic data system, requiring no human entry.

2. An area of approximately 400 square meters is designated as the high-temperature refrigerated product area, maintained at 0 to 10 degrees Celsius, considered for both sorting, packaging, and temporary storage of loose pallets.
3. The passage platform and inspection area, approximately 400 square meters, are equipped with an emergency handling room.
4. The passage platform area is equipped with four elevated doorways for container inbound and outbound goods, two elevated doorways for city distribution. There is one equipment (forklift) entrance/exit, and two emergency escape doors for operations. A waiting inspection and temporary seizure area is set up on the south side outside the platform.

Power outlets are provided at all vehicle parking locations.

5. The second floor is for national inspection sampling and office space.

3) The cold storage refrigeration equipment uses world-leading Secom refrigeration units, operating fully automatically. Evaporators use high-efficiency air coolers.
