    Efficient bulk material loading and unloading

    ①Simultaneous processing of multiple product grades : Seven independent bulk material discharing stations, each with an unloading capacity of 30 tons/hour, can simultaneously handle seven different grades of 20/40-foot containerized bulk materials and ton-packaed finished.

    ②Flexible Adaptability: Supports the handling of various forms of bulk material, such as plastic pellet and powders, to meet diverse production needs.

     
    2. Intelligent Storage and Purification

    ①Large-capacity temporary storage system: Equipped with 19 professional silos (16 large silos + 3 small silos), with a total storage capacity of 2700 tons (165 tons/large silo, 25 tons/small silo).

    ②Quality Assurance:

    Material elutriation technology: All silos are equipped with dust and moisture removal devices to ensure that the product cleanliness meets international standards.
    Zero mixing guarantee: Exclusive pure water cleaning + rapid drying system, achieving seamless grade switching and preventing cross-contamination.

     
    3. Fully Automated Packaging and Subpackaging

    ①High-speed packaging line:

    FFS packaging line: 3 fully automatic FFS packaging lines, with a capacity of 1600 25 kg bags/hour, supporting simultaneous dispensing of 3 product grades (25kg/bag).
    Ton-packaging line: 3 semi-automatic pckaging lines, with a capacity of 30 big bags/hour, supporting simultaneous dispensing of 3 product grades and customized the weight from 200 to 1100kg/bag.
    Bulk Loading: 1 automatic bulk loading equipment, with a loading capacity of 20 tons/hour, meets the demand for direct supply of huge bulk materials.
    Multitasking: Can simultaneously process 7 different product grades of material (3 small packages + 3 ton packages + 1 bulk), maximizing production efficiency.

     
    4. Full-process Closed-loop Conveying

    Pneumatic conveying system: Using dilute phase conveying technology, with a conveying capacity of 35 tons/hour, and closed-pipe transportation throughout the process, ensuring zero loss and zero pollution of raw materials.
