On April 17, 2025, the company union organized a special training session on "Business Communication Skills and Marketing Etiquette." Through expert lectures, scenario simulations, and interactive discussions, it aimed to help business personnel advance their skills. More than 50 company executives and marketing personnel participated in the training.
I. Multi-dimensional Curriculum Empowerment, Precisely Enhancing Core Capabilities
(I) Decoding the Communication Code of "Five-Star Relationships"
Qu Hui Fang, a member of the Foshan Youth Lecturer Group and Party Secretary of the Group's R&D Center, used the multi-dimensional relationship management of "family - supplier - partner - team" as a starting point. Combining video cases and scenario analysis, she taught practical skills such as the "customer story four-step method." Through group simulations of scenarios such as "recovering high-complaint customers," it strengthened emotional connection and needs-capturing capabilities, helping students master differentiated communication strategies.
(II) Business Etiquette and Negotiation Practice Teaching
Professor Wang Chunzhi, a visiting professor at Sun Yat-sen University and etiquette expert in South China, lectured on "Business Negotiation Skills and Marketing Etiquette." Through simulating the entire negotiation process and dissecting classic cases, it comprehensively standardized professional image from speech design and demeanor management to the application of negotiation strategies. In the on-site group exercises, students negotiated cooperation clauses, mastering the negotiation logic and non-verbal communication details of "breaking the ice - handling objections - achieving a deal."
II. Building a Growth Platform, Cultivating Compound Talents
This training is an important part of Enpro Union's 2025 "Professional Quality Improvement Project." In the future, the union will continue to launch a series of special training sessions on cross-border e-commerce, supply chain management, etc., building a "theoretical learning + practical transformation" training system.
