2024

In June 2024, Guangdong Hejie Trade Co., Ltd. was registered and established, and obtained qualifications as a "used car dealership enterprise, car dealer", and "used car export registered enterprise."
In December 2024, Hejie International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

2023

Mr. Liang Zhenying, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Mr. Abdullah Saleh, UAE Minister of Economy, visited and inspected the Borun project.

2017

In 2017.5, the "Hejie Automated Cold Storage Construction Project" was completed and put into operation; in May 2018, the project obtained the "Designated Inspection Site for Imported Meat" registration qualification.

2016

In December 2016, the Guangdong Hejie Nansha Integrated Logistics Center project was completed and put into operation.

2013

In November 2013, Hejie underwent a strategic adjustment, with its shareholders changing to: Foshan Fosuco Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. (a holding subsidiary of Guangdong Guangxin Holding Group Co., Ltd., a listed company, 000973) (55%) and Yongjie (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (45%).

2010

Phase 1 of the 2010.5 project—the "Boluo Nansha Plastic Pellet Logistics Center"—was completed and put into operation.
