Due to the impact of the new pneumonia epidemic, the deadline for submitting quotation documents and the method of submitting documents for this procurement inquiry project need to be changed. The changes are as follows: 1. The original start time for submission of quotation documents: January 10, 2020; deadline for submission of quotation documents: 12:00 am on January 19, 2020. Change to: start time for submission of quotation documents: 14:30, February 20, 2020; deadline for submission of quotation documents: 15:00, February 20, 2020. 2. The place and method of original submission of quotation documents: the quotation document can be delivered by express or on-site with a sealed quotation document sealed in a sealed bag, or the quotation document can be stamped, scanned and synthesized into an electronic version and sent to: kenwang@enproscm.com. The time of receipt of paper documents shall prevail.
