1. According to the "Company Procurement Management Measures", Guangdong Hejie International Supply Chain Co., Ltd. adopts the method of invitation to bid to select the annual forklift and tractor maintenance service provider.

2. Requirements for qualified bidders

2.1 The bidder must have the qualification of an independent legal person of the People's Republic of China, hold a legal person business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce, and operate in accordance with national laws;

2.2 The bidder must have the maintenance qualification of the forklift for more than three years (can provide a copy of the relevant contract);

2.3 Have a good social reputation, and the company's financial status is good.

2.4 The bidding deadline for this project: 10:30 am on February 24, 2021 (Beijing time)

3. Place and method of submitting tender documents:

Bidding documents can be submitted by courier or on-site, subject to the time of receipt of the documents. The original (1 copy) and copy (1 copy) of the bidding documents are packaged into a package; bidders should ensure that the above documents are airtight and sealed, and affixed with the official seal .

The submission address is: 5th Floor, No. 2 , Gangrong 2nd Street, Longxue Island, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province (in the bonded logistics park).

6. The companies participating in this bidding (hereinafter referred to as "bidders"), please provide a copy of the valid industrial and commercial business license when submitting the bidding documents, affixed with the official seal and attached to the quotation documents.

7. Each bidder shall provide the corresponding quotation according to the requirements of the attached table in the document.

8. Each bidder shall bear all costs related to participating in the quotation.

9. Each bidder must carefully fill in the "Bidder's Statement" and "Bidding Price List" (the content must be true and honest, with clear handwriting and no omissions), and affix the official seal. The price quoted is the price that satisfies all the conditions of the bidding documents.

10. Please refer to the attachment for the details of the procurement.

11. If the bidder needs to have a further understanding of the status of the vehicle model provided by the tenderee, he can make a detailed inquiry by phone or conduct an on-site inspection.
