1. Bidding Instructions:

1. Entrusted by the company and in accordance with the "Company Procurement Management Measures", Guangdong Hejie International Supply Chain Co., Ltd. used bidding to select suppliers for the "Guangdong Hejie 11 Container Tractor Procurement Project " .

2. The company participating in the bidding (i.e. the bidder ) should have the ability to independently bear civil liability, have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system, have the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract, and have the ability to pay taxes and Strong track record for Social Security funding.

3. The bidder must be the original manufacturer of the goods or its authorized agent in writing.

4. Bidders are required to present corresponding documents when registering. Bidders are required to have a registered capital of more than 1 million yuan ( including 1 million yuan ), and have more than three years of operation and management experience.

5. Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.

6. Start time for submitting tender documents : March 3 , 2022 . Deadline for submission of tender documents : 11:30 , March 11 , 2022 .

7. Bid opening time : 10:00 on March 13 , 2022 . _

8. Place and method of submitting tender documents:

Bidding documents can be submitted by courier or on-site, subject to the time of receipt of the documents. The original (1 copy) and copy (1 copy) of the bidding documents are packaged into a package; bidders should ensure that the above documents are airtight and sealed, and affixed with the official seal .

The address for submission of tender documents and opening of bids is: 5th Floor, Hejie Integrated Logistics Center, No. 2, Gangrong 2nd Street, Longxue Island, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province (inside the Bonded Logistics Park).

9. The companies participating in this bidding (hereinafter referred to as "bidders"), please provide a copy of the industrial and commercial business license, a copy of the tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax) and a copy of the organization code certificate within the validity period when submitting the bidding documents And provide a copy of the relevant qualifications for the service, affixed with the official seal and attached to the quotation document.

10. Each bidder shall provide the corresponding quotation according to the scheme requirements in the document.

11. Each bidder shall bear all costs related to participating in the quotation. Regardless of the final result, our company has no obligation and responsibility to bear these costs under any circumstances.

12. Each bidder must carefully fill in the "Bidder's Statement" and "Bidding Price List" (the contents must be true and honest, with clear handwriting and no omissions), and affix the official seal. The price quoted is the price that satisfies all the conditions of the bidding documents.

2. Principles of winning the bid:

In this tender and bidding , the supplier who fully meets the requirements is adopted, and the principle of the best selection is taken into consideration of the bidding price ( 70% ) and after-sales service ( 30% ) .

3. Bidding procedure:

Bidders shall quote an unchangeable quotation once in the quotation document. After the deadline for bidding, our bid evaluation team will determine the winning bidder based on the bid documents received.
