2. Bidder's conditions

1. Requirements for qualified bidders

1.1 The bidder must have the qualification of an independent legal person of the People's Republic of China, hold a legal person business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce, and operate in accordance with national laws;

1.2 Bidders must have sales qualifications for forklifts and tractors for more than three years;

1.3 Have a good social reputation, and the company's financial status is good.

The maintenance period is 18 months or 3000 working hours, whichever comes first.
