The insurance company participating in the quotation (that is, the bidder) should be a legal enterprise that sells the product, and has corresponding consulting and after-sales service capabilities. 3. Start time for submission of quotation documents: January 23, 2020. 4. Deadline for submission of quotation documents: 12 am on February 11, 2020. 5. Where and how to submit quotation documents: Quotation documents can be submitted by express or on-site in a sealed bag. You can also send the electronic version of the quotation document to: kenwang@enproscm.com, and the time of receipt of the paper document shall prevail.
