1. Inquiry Notes:

1. Entrusted by the company and in accordance with the "Company Procurement Management Measures", Guangdong Hejie International Supply Chain Co., Ltd. purchases the company's property insurance for 2021-2022 through procurement inquiry.

2. The insurance company participating in the quotation (that is, the bidder) should be a legal enterprise that sells the product, and has corresponding consulting and after-sales service capabilities.

3. Start time for submitting quotation documents: December 01, 2021.

4. Deadline for submission of quotation documents: 12:00 am on December 9, 2021.

5. Place and method of submitting quotation documents:

Quotation documents can be submitted by express or on-site in a sealed bag. You can also send the electronic version of the quotation document to: kenwang@enproscm.com, subject to the time of receipt of the document .

The submission address is: Hejie Company, Longxue Island Bonded Logistics Park, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.

6. Insurance companies participating in this inquiry, please provide a copy of the industrial and commercial business license within the validity period and a copy of the relevant qualifications for selling the product when submitting the quotation document, and attach the official seal to the quotation document.

7. The bidder shall provide a corresponding quotation according to the requirements of the insurance purchase plan in the inquiry procurement document.

8. The bidder shall bear all the expenses related to participating in the quotation. Regardless of the final result, our company has no obligation and responsibility to bear these costs under any circumstances.

9. Each bidder must carefully fill in the "Declaration of Bidder" and "Quotation Form" (the content must be true and honest, with clear handwriting and no omissions), and affix the official seal. The price quoted is the price that satisfies all the conditions of the inquiry document.

10. Please refer to the attachment for details of the quoted insurance plan. If there are other better plans, they can also be provided together.

2. Inquiry principle:

This inquiry adopts the principle that the insurance company that meets the inquiry requirements wins the bid at the lowest price .

3. Inquiry procedure:

The bidder shall quote an unchangeable quotation once in the quotation document. After the quotation deadline, our inquiry and bid evaluation team will determine the transaction unit according to the quotation documents received.

Fourth, the signing of the contract:

After the inquiry is over, we will send a transaction notice to the winning bidder, and the buyer and the inquirer will sign a contract.

5. Warranty starting time:

One year from December 20, 2021 to December 19, 2021 .

6. Payment method:

According to the effective mode of insurance policy.

Seven, after-sales service:

Claims are settled according to the corresponding terms of each insurance company.

Note: Quotation should be quoted not only the total price, but also the unit price, and the quotation is in the form of RMB.
